Victor is dead
I'm playing New Vegas with the mod A World of Pain, but now Victor is dead, some bandits killed him. What should I do now?

Nothing. He comes back to life by jumping into a new securitron. You can't kill Victor unless you kill Mr house.

OP, "Victor" is actually an A.I created by Mr. House. There's a number of Securitrons that can house him, and he switches between them to monitor your progress to New Vegas. What you saw wasn't a dead Victor, it was just a dead Securitron. The Securitrons that can house him show up in Goodsprings, Novac, and a few other places.
