Need help getting into cottonwood cove

I'm vilified with the Legion but for the quest Oh My Papa, i need to get in. Wearing legion armor doesnt work and they just keep attacking me. Both of my followers are dismissed so how do i get in?

If you've already received the pardon by Caesar and then got vilified after that, you are ♥♥♥♥ out of luck. Consequences of your actions. Part of the game is living with them.

Try getting the pardon from Caesar before going into Cottonwood
