vanilla ui plus overwritten problem
I got a problem with vanilla ui plus mod. i was following the u.l.i.t.i.m.a.t.e guide by sinitar. i already did the graphics and now im in the veteran module. i installed a few mods. i checked back at games and see if game works with the mods. i decided to check back at the game and configure some settings at the mcm menu. that's when i got my problem. it first started as a game freeze at the bethesda logo. it went on as minutes. I have to sign out to close the problem. i decided to run the game through nvse at the mod organizer again. then its saying the vanilla ui is overwrtiten by a another mod. i hid conflicting files and the problem still going on. sometime its freezes, sometimes its crashed. i just need some help on this problem. this is really stressing me out and annoys me at the same time. i tried reinstalling it, but it still the same problem. i'm using Mod Organizer 2 and running my NVSE through the organizer. if anyone know this problem at all, i would be grateful for the help.

On the left side panel of MO2, make sure Vanilla UI Plus is situated below all other UI mods (exceptions for this are Vanilla HUD Remastered, California Fonts, and relevant patches for VUI+, which should all go below Vanilla UI Plus). Putting VUI+ below other UI mods ensures it has control to overwrite these other UI mods, which should hopefully solve the issue.

Also, if you haven't already, install UIO - User Interface Organizer through MO2. That could also help.

EDIT: What did you mean by hiding conflicting files? Is that another way of saying you disabled the conflicting mods by unchecking their checkmarks on the left pannel of MO2?

I double- clicked on the mod and gone to the conflicts tab and hid the files. thats' a way to prevent overwriting.
I see. Just to make sure, did you hide the conflicts in favor of allowing VUI+ to win over or was it in favor of the other UI mods?
well i tried your method and it still getting the same problem and yes i already installed uio
If you go into the Profiles section of MO2, does your profile have Automatic Archive Invalidation checked? If not, try it on.

Could maybe also be related to the Overwrite files, found in the bottom of the left panel. If there's anything in there UI related, deleting such files would hopefully resolve the issue.

Otherwise, I got nothing.
