2. Old World Blues
3. Lonesome Road
4. Honest Hearts
Honest Hearts was so incredibly boring and short. The map was 90% empty exploration with only a few decent locations, pretty much a mini-Fallout 3. Joshua Graham and the rest of the characters saved this DLC from complete devastation because of the writing, but other than that it really didn't hold up well. I always hear people complaining about how Dead Money has limited exploration when this DLC doesn't even have reasons to explore, except maybe Randal Clarke's backstory. I never get angry at this game, but I came close when I discovered all these Zion locations with kickass names and all it is is a couple of broc flower plants or some shack with misc loot.
Lonesome Road was a straightforward point-a to point-b DLC. The world is dangerous and challenging so I had fun despite having a linear approach. The world was well-made by gamebryo engine standards but didn't really gel into the story like it should. Everything about this DLC seemed to be just leftover ideas from other DLCs or cut NV content. The best things about this DLC is probably the world itself and just the overall tone.
Old World Blues is the direct opposite of Honest Hearts in terms of exploring. Most locations have some meaning or atleast a fun backstory to learn about. It's hysterical at points and the Think Tank are a prime example of the writing from Obsidian. Their first encounter can drag on since it probably takes a full 15 minutes to end their conversation, but the whole conversation is full of character and cleverness. The major problem I had with Old World Blues is that quest that needed to be completed like 4 times or something.
Dead Money is one of my favorite DLC for any game. Challenging, emotional backstory, great characters, amazing atmosphere. It's a shame that most throw Dead Money out because they don't have the patience to look around for traps or hologram emitters. If they took their time they would see how the cloud really isn't that much of a threat even in hardcore mode. I feel most who hate Dead Money just wanted to blow through it. Which why bother playing a Fallout game if that's the case. I had more fun in this hellhole of a DLC than most of New Vegas itself.

HH used to be higher but it went right to the bottom after a recent playthrough I did. I just found it so underwhelming and it really only has one interesting character, that being Joshua Graham. I love the setting but the locations are pointless, like the guy above said at least in the Big MT they get a little backstory.

3. Old world blues
4. Honest hearts
Honest hearts was lackluster imo, with not much content and only saved by the survivalist side story and some useful crafting perks. It's good for a tribal build though.
Old world blues used to be my second favourite, but after like 10 play throughs it becomes a drag for me, the jokes were funny the first couple times but now they're just there and the mass spawns of bullet sponges gets annoying. Still a cool back story and sweet weapons and stuff.
Lonesome road was ultimately disappointing when first playing, and it still is. But for a linear road, there's a lot of nooks and crannies to explore and the level building was very unique and nice imo. Plus cool items and enemies.
Dead Money is still my favourite by far. I look forward to doing it every play through, after more than 10 plays through it. It just doesn't get old for me, I love the atmosphere, the story, the characters and the background back story. I like the change of pace in game and having to take it slow. I can understand why people would hate it, I would hate if the entire fallout game was like that dlc, but I love it as a side story. I really feel like I went to the gates of hell and made it back.

OWB was funny and clever, but dragged on a bit too long at points
HH was fascinating in how it showed the story of tribals in the Fallout world and the story was good, but it was too short and there wasn't a whole lot to do.
DM had a great story and characters, along with a cool atmosphere, but at times the gameplay was annoying and not very fun.
LR was an interesting change in pace, with the linear gameplay, coupled with a story about the two Couriers, but the DLC felt like it needed more, both story-wise and gameplay-wise.
