REPCONN HQ, stair textures disappeared, while walking to talk to Jason Bright

I have little bit modded New Vegas an I stumbled on the glitch that turn the stair textures invisible.
Those stairs are located in the same cell, where Jason Bright is when you first meet him. Anyone had the same problem? Is there a fix? Here is my load order and picture of those stairs when the glitch occurs.

Try the interior lighting overhaul. That mod causes the repconn basement to be pitchblack for me.
