NEED HELP ME BLOOD TEXTURES ARE NOT LOADING RIGHT

yes i have about 30 had to download a blood enhanced texture mod because without it my screen starts turning black from being shot at

Well then start with that

Like Yeebis stated above, said mods are causing the issue. Try and see the "blood mod" settings you are using when you are in-game using The Mod Configuration Menu.
If you can not view the mod's settings there, try and play with your mods load-order, there's probably another mod that overrides your blood mod and they are conflicting each other and that results with the big red square you are viewing in-game.
If it doesn't - then there's a broken mod that causes the issue - That's why I recommend never installing and testing with more than one mod at a time, I know it can be frustrating to check each mod you download separately but it will prevent issues like the one above in the future - also I recommend having a clean Fallout New Vegas installation folder to keep as backup at all times.

it some how fixed it self so i guess in need help any more i still don't know what happened and i only have the one blood texture pack i grabbed the first one i found when i had it installed on another computer this stuff did not happen untill vortex nexus mods manager asked me to purge some files it had from the previous computer but from now on i'm not using vortex its worse then the original nexus mod manager from now on i'm just going to us fomm
