Report a translation problem
If you can not view the mod's settings there, try and play with your mods load-order, there's probably another mod that overrides your blood mod and they are conflicting each other and that results with the big red square you are viewing in-game.
If it doesn't - then there's a broken mod that causes the issue - That's why I recommend never installing and testing with more than one mod at a time, I know it can be frustrating to check each mod you download separately but it will prevent issues like the one above in the future - also I recommend having a clean Fallout New Vegas installation folder to keep as backup at all times.
