huge bug, please help

I try to pick up an item, (the lucky 38 vip key card) and it disappears without appearing in my inventory. I even picked it up from a different location. Only happens with this item. Help me please

There are two locations at which this card can be acquired. One on Hanlon's desk, and the other at H&H Tools in Anthony House's office.

If you can't pick either of them up open console and type in the following:

player.additem 174b48 1

thanks for the console command, picked all of them up and they all disappeared

I think it's considered a key...most keys in this game don't show up in your inv, they are all registered under your "keyring" item. Afaik there's no way to check which keys you do and don't have but if you picked it up then you have it
