Reloading and work Bench bug (Solved)

I can bring up the menu just fine but it won't let me click any of the crafting options . All it does is play the click sound . There might have been tens of topics on this but i couldn't find anything on the benches . Also i haven't installed anything to trigger it but it came up anyways . Anyone has a solution ?
Update01: I tried validating . Apparently 2 files were missing but it didn't fix anything

Update02 : TO ANYONE ELSE HAVING THIS PROBLEM ; all you need to do is to either reinstall or update jip improved recipe menu mod . Apparently that's what was causing the problem for me
