Russell Mod Silverwood battle issue

I'm having an issue with the battle for Silverwood. The enemies stop spawning and I cannot continue the quest, I tried the code for skipping the quest, I also tried the short battle esp, nothing works. Please help.

you need to click russell in the console, the first two letters/numbers of his form ID are the mod index, which you use in the setstage xx005c11 164 command by replacing the xx with those two letters, so as an example, in my load order it was setstage 1f005c11 164
dont try and get the id from something like nexus mod manager or the GECK, it wont work
