Is eye for an eye worth using?
I like dealing raw damage.I like to rely on skill and not depend on chance.

Incentivizes keeping crippled limbs which is both annoying to do and has annoying results.
If you prioritize movement speed over being able to shoot straight, being able to walk at a good pace, and not having an annoying visual affect every 30 seconds then it’s good.

Yeah I do hate the visual effect that crippled heads do constantly. I am doing a melee run so I have no worries about accuracy.

More info on crippled limbs. Crippled arms also make melee attacks do 5%-10% less damage and having both legs crippled disables power moves in real time. So melee builds are kinda screwed over too.

Speed is pretty critical to a melee build. Being able to back away and close the distance is how you don't die fighting things like deathclaws.

I've noticed no difference in movement speed with crippled legs.
