COC and then the location area should work I'd imagine.

tmm 1 on console command opens all map locations, so you can go there without using both nukes.

Enemies there are very strong, the best gun is the 12.7 smg, it just destroys the mini bosses.

Careful with Col Royez hes very powerful.
