Stuck in a room with strong enemies when I load my savegame

[King Mustard]

Basically, I last saved in a car body.

There are two Deathclaws outside.

I can't beat them.

I can't travel as there are enemies nearby.

Any ideas?

I just use Quick Save, which overwrites the current one :(

Well if all else fails, you could use noclip to get out of there, but using cheats should be a last resort.

I presume that will disable Steam achivements?

Yeah, but only for the time the game is open. Right after, you could restart the game and achievements would be enabled again.

would also be a good idea to save the game every so often, if you CBF doing that i would get CASM

Out of curiousity, is it in Lonesome Road on the highway? ;)

And in general, try to always use manual saves. Quicksaves are known to like causing corrupted save files.

How about you try to cripple their legs and run away. Deathclaws are far more managable that way and they can't di their jump attack.

There's an autosave from the last time you went outside. There's a timed save.

Unless you turned those off.

Yeah, it's a script, kind of a trap. When you enter the car, extra deathclaws will spawn right next to / on top of it.
