Question about the annoying NCR emergency radio giver?
I have decided to play FONV again but this time I am searching for mods that fixes and prevents annoying mechanics is there a mod that prevents that annoying NCR ranger from giving me the worthless NCR emergency radio and legion giving me the mark of caesar without the use of the console?

There's no mod for that but I don't understand what's so annoying about an interaction you will have only once in one entire playthrough for literally 20 seconds or less?

because the radio is worthless so is mark of caesar useless items and can not be removed without the console annoying because they are forced items.

I’m really confused, one of those is an essential item on purpose. If I remember you need it to visit Caesar’s camp. But whatever floats your boat.

Well, getting the mark is also an important point because that conversation clears your negative reputation, so you can kill legion to save NPCs or finish quests and still have a good enough rep to avoid kill squads or do legion quests later. You need to "get" the mark to be able to visit caesar, but i dont know if getting it activates a flag that lets you pass or if the game actually checks your inventory for it.

The radio is indeed useless if you won't use it, and tbh gives you gear that will probably be inferior to what you already have. I would be surprised if there wasn't a mod to remove it

The legionary to hands you it tells you it's to allow you safe passage through Cottonwood Cove.

Have you tried this console command?
player.removeitem "item number" "amount"

You could check the "item number" through wiki

Speaking as someone who dislikes unneeded items due to how much inventory management he does...what's the point of complaining? The radio takes up a single space in the Aid menu, and the Mark is in a tab you don't ever need to go in anyway outside of checking crafting materials. Hell, AWOP causes more complaints since the tapes for one of the sidequests don't actually get removed from your inventory, and there are nine of them.

I killed the legion messenger who gave me that mark and then massacared every legion scum in the fort and decided to spare bunny but I have not played fonv in a long time since the end of dec of last year I gave up on it not as good as FO4 I admit that there are mechanics and parts to FO4 that could have been better but it's still the only one in the series that is worth playing over and over again I got rid of the rest of the series that I had they are awful.

Gets given the "MARK OF CAESAR" and is then told that it will allow safe passage through legion territory. What did you think it was a going to light up when you clicked on it? Like come on the dude all but tells you what its for after giving it to you, then when you meet Caesar he also mentions the reason for the mark.

That’s...that’s not what a simp is...a simp is a person who like donates to a female streamer solely to raise their chances of having a relationship with them.

Actually:

Simp is a slang insult for usually men who are seen as too attentive and submissive to women, especially out of a failed hope of winning some entitled sexual attention or activity from them. ... The word simp is meant to troll young men for doing anything for a girl to get some action he supposedly deserves.

There can also be female simps to attractive men, but they're much less talked about.
