New Vegas unable to start any great khan quest and cant speak to important khan characters

Im trying to start the quest for new vegas, oh my papa and other quests for the great khans, but everytime i try to talk to any important great khan character, like papa khan, all they say is ♥♥♥♥ off or a regular interaction dialogue, i cant start any conversation with him or any others other than diane, ive tried to reset the quest, start quest, resetstage, startstage and none of it has worked, The only mods i have changing the great khans is the great khan overhaul by dragbody. Cant find a fix any help would be appreciated.

Sounds like you've got a negative rep with the Great Khans.

Use setreputation and set the parameter with the Khans to zero
