VATS only stats please
Starting new save on a windows android pad with low RAM. So quite choppy to aim on the controller but everythin else is smooth. What starter stats will make my vats powerful. Cheers

Windows Android pad?

Invest in Guns/Energy weapons and Strength to meet weapon requirements so you could have a higher chance to hit in VATS + high Agility for more AP. Also, there are perks like Gunslinger, Commando and Sniper that makes it easier to hit stuff in VATS.

An additional thing to keep in mind is the sniper perk - it gives you a 25% VATS accuracy boost to the head. You need 6 perception and 6 agility to take it, starting at lvl 12. You don't need any more points into perception since it does not increase your accuracy

Stats:
ST 5(8) +1 impant, +2 OWB perk.
- 8 strength allows you to use almost every gun in the game, except some ineffective and heavy stuff.
PE 5(6) +1 implant.
- Perception doesn't make you more accurate, but VATS works great in combo with criticals, you need 6 to get Better Criticals perk.
AG 9(10) +1 implant.
- Action points and a lot of VATS-related perks,
LK 9(10) +1 implant.
- Criticals, some great crit/luck-related perks.

EN, CH, IN - 7-1-4/any-any-any
- I personally prefer to stick with low INT and high END, there is no need in having every skill maxed out.

Traits:
Avoid Four Eyes, it lowers your base PER by 1 making it harder to get Better Criticals perk.

Perks:
- Better Criticals, Light Touch(if you rely on light armor) and other crit-related perks.
- VATS-related perks, your preferred weapon-related perks.

Just finished a full vanilla run of everything in FO4 so gonna backtrack and do the same for NV and FO3 as I started them when I was younger but never really finished them.
