Weapon Sway when aiming down sights?
I'm level 20ish with guns at 100. Is there any way to make my guns more accurate when aiming down the sights? Everytime I aim down the sights, I always notice that the guns are shakey/swaying all over the place and bullets like to go in different places despite my crosshair being on point. Is there something in the game that fixes this?

What's your strength rating? You have to have a specific strength rating to use firearms effectively.

My strength is currently 6. I put a bunch of points into Intelligence early on

What gun are you trying to use?
I've been using .45 cal submachine guns, assault carbines, machine guns, shotguns, pistols from honest hearts, etc. Not a fan of laser guns

Some of those weapons can be pretty heavy, like the LMG, you can decrease the amount of strength needed to use a weapon by 2 points with the weapon handling perk, also be sure your arms don't get crippled, that really messes up your aim, and as stated already, crouching down helps. In a pinch, you can use steady to remove weapon sway for a little bit, but it's highly addictive.

There are many reasons for weapon sway. Crippled arms, moving while aiming, not crouching, having strength below the requirement, having a weapons skill below the requirement, and maybe something else. You’re always going to have sway, it’s just that these things will make it more severe.
Taking Steady will decrease the sway,
and you can try to improve your weapon handling by getting rid of the problems listed.

Keep in mind that your strenght might get lowered by some effect - withdrawal or something like that.
