Black Widow vs Light Touch
Which one do you guys prefer? 10% more damage against male look really useful but the Light Touch bonus will work against anything. I'll probably do fine with either one, but I can get so unsure of my every decison when I play rpg, so any feedback would be welcome. I want to go unarmed btw.

You can take any perk as long as you have the requirements for it. Level requirements on perks are no big deal, besides locking you out of the perk until you meet it.

There's many level 2 required perks that are better than level 14 required perks, depending on your build.

Don't worry about the level of the perk, as that doesn't typically indicate how good they are. Just worry about if the perk is good for your character or not.

So yes, I think it's worth getting 2 "level 2 perks", especially ones as good as black widow, light touch.

At level 50 cap (with dlc), you will get 25 perks to choose from (or 15 without dlc) . That's all you need to know in regards to which perks to get.

Note that there will be many perks later on that won't be good for your build (for example, the meltdown perk is no good for people who don't use energy weapons, or people who want to sneak a lot).

Why not both?

Anyway, I find light touch more useful. But black widow also let's you seduce guys through dialogue for ways through quests (like sleeping with Benny so you can murder him).

If that's the route you wanna go roleplay wise, I'd just take both.
You can have both? I tought you could only take one. In that case I will probably take both, but do you think it's a waste of a perk to take two level 2? The aditional dialogue look fun but I'm moslty interested by the 10% more damage.

Thx a lot mate. It may seem stupid for a lot a people, but I would not have been able to play without the little help you just gave me. Take care and have a nice day.
I'd take both, Black Widow is great for roleplaying a seductress who can charm her way into any man's heart, and a flat 10% bonus damage to men is useful because the majority of your enemies are male. Light Step works best with a high Luck build due to the increase in critical chance.
Also keep in mind dialogue is big in this game. Besides the dialogue perks (black widow, femme fatale, confirmed bachelor and Lady killer), you will also open up dialogue with skills like medicine, speech, repair etc, in certain situations, and can pass quests alternative ways by doing so. And even other perks will open up dialogue (like cannibal when dealing with cannibals, etc)

Most quests will have many alternatives to finishing them, some that can help or hinder different factions, that can be done by using these skills in dialogue. Just because somebody tells you to do a quest a certain way (eg kill somebody), doesn't mean you have to (instead you can maybe talk to the person and double cross the guy who wants you to kill him for example).
Also note light touch will be redundant if you wear medium or heavy armour, but luckily many of the best armours are light. So if that's a deal breaker for you and you want a heavy armour build, don't get it.

I intend to wear light armour because it will fit better with my idea of a unarmed fighter and from what I have read, the DLC had a lot if very good light armour.
