How to not destroy BoS with yes man?

I wanna not destroy the BoS, but I've already done a playthrough with NCR and destroyed them, because I didn't realise you didn't have to (atleast I think you don't have to) and I'm pretty sure you don't have to destroy them with yes man, so how do you do that?

Just talk to Yes Man, he will tell you what to do.

Just as a heads up, NCR and Yes Man are the only factions that even have the option to not destroy them. Also for NCR do not impeach elder McNamara. If he is impeached then the only option is to destroy the brotherhood.

You don't have to do anything.

Talk to Yesman and follow the quest to talk to the leader of the brotherhood. Then tell Yesman that you don't care about them.

Theres a mod that in supposelly adds cut content i believe. Its called Brotherhood-House Alliance and it allows you to keep the Brotherhood Alive if you are a Paladin of the Mojave Chapter. it adds 3 lines of dialogue in wich you mention to House that you are a member of the BOS and you wont destroy them.

yeah just tell Yes man you don't want to destroy them.

He'll give a sarcastic comment on why leaving them around is a bad idea, but since he can't say no, he'll go along with your decision to spare them.

also it does seem like a missed opportunity to not be able to submit yes man to the Wang Dang Atomic Tango sexbot quest. cuz not being able to say no....

Just tell yes man you don't wanna do anything about bos.

Of course results in a bad ending where bos become tech raiders and raid innocent travellers through the Mojave for having technology. Just like every ending where they survive except the ncr alliance ending

Theres a mod that in supposelly adds cut content i believe. Its called Brotherhood-House Alliance and it allows you to keep the Brotherhood Alive if you are a Paladin of the Mojave Chapter. it adds 3 lines of dialogue in wich you mention to House that you are a member of the BOS and you wont destroy them.

That mod seems to fundamentally change House's character.

Yeah the option was gonna be put in game, but they didn't have the time to complete that (but that's why the voice dialogue exists in game files, because voice acting is done very early in development process). And it's more of a bos submits to house rather than an alliance

Yes, the mod is named alliance but its more of a submission i agree.

Well it was originally meant to be put in the final version but was cut it seems,and the BOS would be "vassals" in a way.
