Medical clinic implants dont work

They work when done correctly.

To get the implants, you talk to the Doctor, and ask for the implant you want to buy. She will give you a brief explanation of what it does, and will tell you the price. Usually they cost a couple thousand of caps, and once confirming you want to buy it, and provided you are healthy enough to get a new implant (the amount of implants you can get is determined by your character's Endurance Stat), you will have your character fade to black and then recieve the new implant.

I purchased it but it didn't fade to black :(
