Vault 13 canteen not working?
I have all the dlc and I recently started a new run in hardcore mode, but for some reason the Vault 13 canteen doesnt show up anymore. It's worked in my regular mode playthroughs.

i did a little bit of reading and other people say it works, along with the fallout wiki stating "As long as the canteen is kept in the Courier's inventory, they will take a sip from it every five minutes, restoring 15 HP and lowering Dehydration by 25 in Hardcore mode." So it does work in hardcore, it just isnt working for me
