Fiends will always shoot you on sight, Legion will always shoot you on sight if you have Boone
NCR has issues with the khans and the brotherhood unsure how it works in game wearing NCR armor is asking for trouble.
Seeing as the legion will surely srnd assasins after me, I decided it might be wise to keep one of these op companions with me until I am strong enough to handle them,
One funny thing about it was when a Khan asked me "Why did they leave you in charge?"
I couldn't answer him so I just shot him. :)
Faction armour was never advertised to act like that. You put it on and get the general rep of that faction in relation to others, but any rep you change while dressed like that stays with you personally. It was never implied otherwise
