Leg is shown to be broken - Refuses to heal however

After seemingly breaking my leg in an unfortunate incident involving a pile of dead Fiends, I seemed to have hurt my leg. However it didnt seem to heal. I have:

-Tried using a Doctors Bag
-Tried using a Stimpack
-Tried consulting the Local Doctor
-Tried sleeping it off

And none of these things have worked.
Even when checking my status, my little character seems happy. As if there was no Injury, even though there clearly is one. While I might not be stumbling, Im unnable to use my Running abilties. And my Status clearly shows that the leg isnt fine. Its shown to be quite a stump.

Have I finally done it? Has my character received an unhealable wound?
Will I have to live the rest of my days as a cripple? As a wounded man?
Am I a punished man now? Changed by the faces of war and despair?
Will I have to cry myself into sleep as I gaze at my crippled leg, a wound of war and past battles?

Or is there a way to fix this annoying bug? Thanks in advance.

You can click directly on the limb that is crippled, and the doctor's bag will heal that specific limb. in your photo there it appears your head is about 75% more jiggered than your leg. Click on each crippled limb, head, arm, leg, and a doctor's bag will be used for each one.
* If you just click "doctor's bag" though, then it heals every crippled limb only slightly.

And hit that capslock. It will get you running again.

In short, there is no 'bug' here.

And healing every single limb individually didnt help either.

As I stated earlier, it CAN be fixed but not by healing or console commands of any sort. Only reloading a save before the instance of crippling in question will fix it.

Judging from your screenshot, your leg is fine. It's always displayed like a "stump". No idea why, but that's just how it is. Unless you have a msg "LMB" for a limb damage above your health bar, your leg is not crippled.

So as for your problem with running, it should be unrelated to how they decided to picture your Pip-Boy avatar.

And if your leg causes you to stumble, cut it off and throw it away. It is better for you to lose one part of your body than for your whole body to go into hell.

Well then why am I unable to run?
Why isnt it a stump in my other games?
My leg may not be crippled, but theres some weird bug that just makes the game KINDA think my leg is broken. So Im unnable to use the ProjectNevada running ability.
