TTW no main menu

So I'm in the middle of installing ttw overencumbered edition (look it up, if you have the machine to run it, it's epic) and my game has decided to start being a huge pain in the ass. Every time I start it, there's no main menu, just the ranger and the music playing, no cursor, nothing. Best part is it doesn't let me switch tabs so I have to sign out every time I launch it.

I've looked it up and everyone is saying this kind of thing happens because of a missing master, but mod organizer tells me there aren't any. And though everyone says it's negligible, UIO ALWAYS shows up in my overwrites with some stupid ♥♥♥♥ in it, not always empty. And I put those files back into the mod but it never fixes it and it never fails to show up in overwrites again.

This is supremely pissing me off, and I know there are millions of threads like this, but if anyone can help me, please, I just want to play the perfect fallout game.

Here's my load order (sorry there are a lot of mods and I don't know how to just get the text in a legible way) I'm using mod organizer, not NMM or FOMM

I had to turn off ttw start menu because that skips the entire character creation and just spawns a default character in a weird cell.

this is what usually shows up in my overwrites, and I suspect it's UIO that's causing the problem for this reason

I had that issue too.

I fixed it in a weird way...

I turned off 1 .esm at a time, starting from the bottom and working my way up. And loaded the game each time time until I got a menu. Then I turned them back on one at a time and started the game each time to make sure I still had a menu.

I use FOMM (which is the recommended way, they say MO works,but it's touchy. I'd recommend retrying with FOMM) so it won't even let me launch it if certain .esp/.esm's have masters missing, so I had to disable the corresponding .esps just fyi.

Long story short, I think I had the vanilla EVE w/DLC .esp running with my TTW EVE already installed.

Either way, I'm not sure what it was, but I unchecked some .esm's until I got a menu then rechecked them all and still had and continue to have a menu...

Hello, I would like to put my two cents into this thread. For me the mod that was causing the problem was Immersive Pickup sounds TTW Patch. I am unsure why but that causes the problem.
