Read through the ENB Series section of the guide linked below. Some fo the features may be helpful like setting you video size memory to the correct ammount. But be careful as if your using an ENB some of the setting in the ini file provided by the ENB will be customized and you may not want to edit them all.

Oh my goodness. Thank you so much. I am sure I could've found this on my own, but I got it to work. I gave up on trying to get this ENB, or any ENB for that matter, to work 2 years ago. I am forever greatful.
When i played on steam a couple years back, everything went fine with Dynamo ENB. Now, Dynamo ENB crashes at launch, i had to switch to shaders ENB, which apparently works fine, leaving me at a loss as to what might be causing the issue.
So I reinstalled the ENB and binaries several times throughout this day, but I believe that ini file was the main concern. Also, while usingg FNV4Gb it tells you to put d3d9 in exes, lleaving mine in the main folder was the only way it worked. However for some reason all the hair in my game is gone, so working on that now.
Id love to have Dynamo ENB back, but i was ripping out hair out of my head in frustration, and gave up on it.
This other ENB seems to be working fine, so i guess ill stick with that.
