How to enter fullscreen

I loaded up fallout NV for the first time and the main menu is just a small window! The video settings do nothing, is there anyway to fix it, or does it go to fullscreen when I press play? PLZ HELP I REALLY WANT TO PLAY!!!

Try right clicking the game on steam go to properties and look for launch commands try -fullscreen if that don’t work I am sorry you need the dash next to the word too

if you mean the windows with play, option, technical support and end. yes press on play to go fullscreen

Do any of you know to get the cursor oustside of the window and make the window bigger? (Im playing on windows 10 btw, so might be causing some problems)

Just to be clear, you don't mean the launcher window by any chance, do you? It's the ingame title screen we're talking about, right?

Never mind, I figured it out. When in the launcher menu, go to settings and uncheck "window". Btw, since ppl are still commenting on this thread, do any of you know how to sprint? When I press shift, I just go to walking speed. Might be a windows 10 problem.

Yeah sprint was never a thing in fallout 3 or new vegas oddly enough it is in 1 and 2 then again I’m talking about two different groups that’s probably why but anyways like they said you’ll need a mod of some kind

I have the same problem, I boot up the game and it goes full black with a little strange white window. Doesn't matter what I do, it always goes to a fake full screen mode, and I don't even have the mod installed anymore
