May be a Problem with seeing with "Reading Glasses"
Hi guys, I've started a new game in FONV and never used glasses before. This time i am starting with Reading Glasses for Sniper Build, but while playing in first person, I've come to realize that using glasses is a bit disturbing for me due to having that feeling of "glassy" effect on the screen. Also it has some breaks and cracks, so it avoids me from seeing in a fine way.

Any solution?

Edit: SOLVED!

There is no glassy effect in Vanilla game. Are you playing with Project Nevada?

yeah you are playing with a modded game, the most common mod that affects headgear is project nevada,

Project nevada features as I recall can be toggled.
True, I am playing with Project Nevada...

Truth is that it's first time I modded FONV.

Thanks guys, as you said there is an option to toggle the effect of the glasses right?, could it be possible for you to tell me how? (if it doesn't suppose a big effort for you of course).

Thanks in advance!!!!

It's "First-person Visor Overlays for helmets" and it's part of Project Nevada Core. As you can say by the name of this feature, it also affects helmets (e.g. this is Recruit Helmet visor).

The amount of cracks is defined by item condition, so if you fix glasses/helmet to full condition there will be zero cracks.

If you don't like this feature at all, you can try to reinstall Project Nevada and uncheck it in during installation. Pretty sure it's possible.
