Sunshine Boogie Bug
I want to tell Loyal that I've fixed the solar panels, but he's no longer there, and when I use the tracker, well, it's not on the map at all.

I checked before I did the code, and I'm pretty sure there's no achievement for the quest.

Did you do Volare? Just so you know the reason you probably cant find him is because you did Volare!. Once that quest is done the hanger where loyal is in gets replaced with a similar hanger but the npcs from the old hanger dont spawn. its a well known glitch. just so you know YUP fixes this so you dont have to spawn using the console.
