if not, look up the cell name of Mick and Ralf's interior...and use "coc" (center on cell) followed by the case sensitive name...
Is that what they mean by a "captive market"??
Toggle Clipping, TCL I learned that back in fallout 3 when you get stuck on random pieces of terrain for no good reason.
Doesn't really happen in new vegas, happens in 3 and 4 alot. 3 and 4 like their piles of junk for you to get stuck on.
