(SOLVED) need help with MO2

i use MO2 exclusively for TTW. i have a couple of mods installed and the game works perfectly couple of hours ago but i don't think thats it. everytime i try to launch Fallout: New Vegas with any exe (NVSE, new vegas launcher, etc..) through Mod Organizer 2 its just giving me this error: failed to spawn "insert exe name here": failed to start process (The parameter is incorrect. [87]). help pls :(

oh, i also forget to tell that i made my anti virus take exception for new vegas' folder so it doesn't get scanned thus interupting something vital.

01) Make sure that all MO2 and game related files are not instalded in any UAC folder such as Program Files (x86).
02) Run in Adim mode
03) In MO/Settings/General, check all the file paths for download directory, Mod directory, cache directory.
04) check if the file usvfs_proxy.exe was missing in your MO2 install folder.
05) if necessary replaced it by running the installer pointed to a dummy/backup directory, then copying the missing file over to my 'real' MO2 folder.

Fixed it :D Apparently im missing the usvfs_proxy_x86.exe and managed to restore the file through another mo2 installment and copying the missing file to my main mo2 folder just like you suggest. Cheers.

Do steam achievements work with non steam folder?
