Constant "Out of memory" error.

I recently re-installed this game along with NVSE, NVAC, NVSR with the windows 10 fix version 1(https://www.nexusmods.com/newvegas/mods/66063), and the game just refuses to load saves and crashes with "Out of memory" error.
So I decided to just start a new game and it seemed to be working for a minute or so, but it started crashing again constantly.
I'm NOT using any mods other than the plugins described above. I hope there's a possible fix to this...

i have windows 10 and the game runs fine. even loads my win 7 saves. without nvse, nvac, nvsr or anything else. how much system memory do you have? sounds like you have 4gb and you have too many background processes running.

I always close everything except maybe discord before I start playing pretty much any game. I think I fixed it anyways tho. I simply replaced NVSR with New Vegas Tick Fix and it's running pretty stable so far... I wonder why the "Windows 10 fix" for nvsr didn't work for me

Don't use the stutter remover for Win10, use this instead https://www.nexusmods.com/newvegas/mods/66537

As far as NVAC, the newest version has some issues, switch to the previous release, 1 back from the newest it works fine. Don't use stutter remover and try adding this https://www.nexusmods.com/newvegas/mods/59451 and use the 4gb patch to patch your nvse

I personally didn't notice any problem with NVAC 7.5.1.0. Could you describe what exactly are the issues with the newest version?

NVAC has an issue that can cause the out of memory problem with the newest version. I had a friend recently had the same issue, he downgraded 1 version down and the issue stopped.
He runs a basic game like you.
He uses the mod I linked above with the patched 4gb nvse and nvac. No other mods, besides reshade with sweetfx. https://www.nexusmods.com/newvegas/mods/66710

This literally does NOTHING! I used it and noticed Zero change from vanilla to this mod. NVSR works brilliantly with manual tweaks.

The newest version is bugged, there's nothing wrong with the previous version, it works fine, no tweaking needed and it solved my friends issue. No harm in trying it out to see if it fixes their issue also.
