veni vidi vici, terminal bug helpp!
The terminal to release the Legion Centurions inside the Hoover Dam Intake Tower 01 is not there!!

It's a known bug. When you enter the tower before the battle it disables the terminal on load, and it doesn't enable it again for the battle.

You can fix it with these commands...
prid 13ca6d enable
