Game crashing whenever exiting buildings or fast travelling

This has probably been said 5000 times over and i'm sorry but i just can't find any answers to the problems i'm having

It might just be that the game is old which it probably is but i'm just making this post in case it's not and i just have some unstable mods or something

Half the time i exit a building the game freezes or goes in an infinite loading loop i have tried checking tons of forums and many say use loot or install this anti crash mod which i have done but still none of it works

whenever i fast travel i'm basically throwing dice for an infinite loading screen or a crash where the audio just keeps repeating itself and the screen being frozen

i never experience crashes when i'm walking around in the world it only happens when i exit a building or fast travel and my specs are (if it matters) 16GB DDR4 ram Gtx 1060 3 gb and i5 8400

Personally, using NVSE, NVSE JIP Plugin, NVAC and 4G Patcher I have solved virtually all the problems, including those that afflict you. If you already have these mods and it doesn't work (it would be strange) you just have to re install everything from scratch, mods included. Once I had to do it and this allowed me to re-install the mods more correctly. Or uninstall the mods one by one to try to find out which one generates confusion ......

You have loot to organize your mods right? Because I have a lots mods more than you are, and my game only crashing for like 7 times if I remember. And thats is very few if for 100 hours of gameplay. If not to reopen your mods file one by one. Probably there is some patch for other mods that you miss or something. Or just try to reinstall the game

Do you have the 4gb patch, NVSE, and NVAC installed?

I have 4GB patch NVSE and NVAC i'll try reinstalling the game and reinstalling all mods entirely but i doubt it will fix the issue

I reinstalled all the mods i had and fallout new vegas and wiped all of the files that remained in the fallout new vegas folder and i used loot to once again sort all the mods i had and after all that i started the game and i still crash from the same reasons i specified before
