I normally don't mess with creating meshes tho.
I can use Nifskope & gimp2 to edit textures lol.
From what I can see in nifskope they're parts.
You build them that way so it can be altered.
Its not modding but rather Modeling not easy.
Like the power armor gloves mod replaces the T-51b & other armors with metal gloves but the outift nif is missing the actual glove it uses its own file.
I'll check 1 sec., okay no its different here, its handled by formlists.
Id ArmorPowerT51b under biped model list it points to the gloves it uses.
Just create a formlist for the gloves your using & call it from there.
