there is no option to talk with papa Khan about leaving the alliance with the legion.
after a while I looked up for an guide where it says I should talk with the 2 other guys next to him until there is nothing new to talk about, I grabbed his the Khans book but still not a single dialoge option.
Any advice?

thanks for the tip, turns out my game was just bugged. When I talked to the Woman who gave me the quest I didnt asked her all the questions that are releated to that quest. After Loading a slightly older save it worked and I talk with papa Khan about the quest topic.
