I need help with discovering every location in the game

So on my current playthrough I've been trying to explore all the locations. I have all the DLCs installed and I'm pretty much done with the game, talking to Yes Man should take me to the Legate's Camp which is the 315th location in the game if you have all the dlcs. But I've only discovered 310 locations which means when I beat the game I'll have 311 locations explored instead of 315.
I went back to both Zion and The Big Empty to see if there were any locations I missed and... there wasn't. I ended Zion with the quest Chaos in Zion which I don't know if it effects the total locations in the DLC. Big Empty should be fine as far as I know.
For Sierra Madre I used the console command tcl to get back and look around to see if I missed anything, after spending some time running around and checking the world map as well as the local map I realised I hadn't missed anything.
I chose to nuke both The Legion and The NCR at the end of Lonesome Road so I could unlock Dry Wells, Boat to Dry Wells, Long 15 and The Gate to Long 15 locations. I also explored every place I know in The Divide.

Wiki says there are 315 locations without the Wild Wasteland trait. I was wondering if there were any quest which could prevent me from getting to those 4 places I appearently missed.

I checked the Puesta del Sol and Salida del Sol. For the other 3 DLCs when I go back to them to check the map The World Map is completly visible.

I have the Explorer perk and I was level 50 when I did all of this. Hope someone has explored all the locations and can help me out, but I probably won't get all of them :/

Well I've already checked the website, All 5 world maps seem complete on my pip-boy.

well the DLC Dead money is pretty easy to hit all the locations, pretty sure you need to to beat the DLC

Old World blues and lonesome road have challenges to state 'explore every region in the DLC, so if you got those challenges it shouldnt be there.

so if you are missing zones its either in the main area or Honest hearts.

Now you mentioned killing everyone in Honest hearts. Does honest hearts add map locations when doing quests? there aren't that many quests so go and check that. Its where I'd guess your missing 4 locations are.

The only location I remember that requires a quest to be active is ranger morale's corpse.

I have the Old World Blues and Lonesome Road challenges completed. Zion and Mojave look fine too I checked multiple times.
I got the unmarked quest for Ranger Morale's corpse and now I have 311 locations discovered. Thanks for the help.
So there has to be more locations that unlock when you get the related quest. Well, 3 more.

Two solutions Kyndle -
1. Like Big Boss said, get yourself the "Explorer perk"
and
2. (Damn my eternal soul to gamer hell for writing this) press the little squiggle key between the Esc and Tab key then type at the bottom left corner of your screen tmm 1, press enter then that weird little squiggle key to get out of the command console. Should find ALL locations revealed.

tmm 1 and tmm 1 0 1 doesn't make the quest locations like Ranger Morale's Corpse show up. I went on a save where I hadn't got the quest yet and using the command seemingly did nothing.

So if tmm command doesn't show you the locations that require you to have a certain quest active/completed, the last 3 locations are other quest locations as well. Maybe the wiki is wrong but if not I'll be have to check every single location in Zion and Mojave :(

I have Three Marys discovered, but not Three Marys cavern, maybe I shouldn't have activated Chaos in Zion :/ I guess I can't get them all in this playthrough
