xx008eff
Replace xx with the DLC load order.
If Lonesome Road is third in the load order, it'd be 03008eff

I did that, but it didn't work for some reason. I managed to get around it by spawning the NPC you get the outfit off of and killing him. And then resurrecting multiple times so I could fully repair the outfit.
But hey, if it's stupid and it works, it ain't stupid!
That's true.
I wonder why the item code didn't work, though. Even with the DLC form number and the code AND making sure the command was correct, it didn't work. Something about the item code not being found. But hey, now I know how to summon General Retslaf and take his outfit plus I get to kill him over and over.
Nope. You have to teleport the NPC it's found on to your location, then kill him and search his inventory. And you can resurrect him repeatedly for multiple copies that you can repair it with.
None that I can say are like Project Nevada, but I have 80 something mods running. But nothing directly involved with the outfit.
I did have Project Nevada at one point, but I got rid of it. Though some mods have remained even when I removed them from Vortex.
