It Keeps Crashing after I exit the Repconn HQ.

I've been playing NV a lot recently, but I've run into a few issues. I just got done fixing a corrupted save file. I'm trying to leave the Repconn HQ ,but if I move a certain distance away from the building it crashes. I only have a few mods running (NVSE, Willow, EVE). I tried fast traveling away and it ended up crashing on the first frame after the loading screen. It seems like the game is not able to load anything outside of the HQ for some reason. I was just about to post something, but then I noticed that steam had uninstalled NV, so I reinstalled it and tried again, but it didn't help. I've tried loading multiple saves and it hasn't helped. Does anyone have any idea what could be wrong?

You might have some mods conflicting on other mods, in that case most authors on the nexus upload compatibility mods, or merging mods. This game's engine is broken to all hell.
