How does the Courier side with Elijah?

I have seen Alternate endings on the fandom wiki but can't find any info on how would the player/courier side with elijah if someone knows the walkthrough on how to please share with me thanks? (EDIT) I have tested the mod Continue after the Elijah Ending by WotansGlory from the nexus and it completly breaks the quest ending part does not give a secret ending and prevents the player from using completequest xx000fc1 code also has a script I guess that breaks the main door to the bunker from the sierra side even using the unlock code still can't enter it to get out the mod us worthless.

This ending is only available in the dead money dlc. When u are at the siadre madre vault talk to elijah amd have him explain his reason for wanting the tech of the siadre madre and simple agree his point of view.
Edit. I just checked the wiki and found that u have to exhaust all dialog about father elijah from veronica and then will u be able to convince him to ally with you

I have seen the youtube walkthrough but I read where the courier dies then but found a mod where the courier lives and the effects of the cloud in the mojave called Continue after the Elijah Ending by WotansGlory not sure how good it plays out or if it breaks the dlc?

its a mod. its balance is however it works, since you are the only one interested in this mod that I've heard of you would have to test it yourself.

The game simply ends when you do the ending, because you get trapped in the vault and Elijah wipes out all life in the Mojave. you can't keep playing after, and even if you could, there would be no content left in the game because Elijah kills it all

and the player is able to get out of the vault also keeps Elijah alive and the hotel is his home like the others if they survive then Elijah sends the cloud into the wasteland ? I am testing the mod just to see if it works and how efficient it is or not worth a try.

Try it. I don't see how it works well, as any quests in the Mojave wouldn't make sense after the dam gets blown and the cloud sent to the Mojave.

Hey! Check out DUST. It is technically an overhaul of the game, whole new story and such but from what I have heard, it is supposed to be a sequel to the main game, incorporating a lot of foreshadowed events from DLC's and such. I do'nt remember if Elijiah and his red cloud are in there, but do know that events predicted in other DLC's like the Lonesome Road are used to make FNV into more of a horror/survival RPG.

If you want a dark future for the Mojave, that'd probably be a great mod for you.

yes I will be using DUST but I currently am using my old crap of low end pc atm until I can get my better pc fixed the one I am on can't run skyrim.
