Best outcome for Et Tumor, Brute?

So I don't want to use my medicine skill for helping caesar, beacuse when the courier leaves nobody will be able to help him if he has another condition or something. So I was thinking either auto doc or Arcade Gannon, what do you guys think? (Btw I love doing Arcade's questline but as I am a legion character he wouldn't really like me :P)

I like your roleplaying/immersion that you keep to, keep it going (and use the mod C.A.G.E, or Continue After Game Ending, to play that scenario, without him getting sick)

Well, selling Gannon would definetly not be ideal for securing Ceaser as a long-term doctor.

Yeah, after chilling with Caesar for a while, he just goes and "walks down the road" while Caesar isn't looking.

If you're concerned about the courier not being around, then Arcade isn't a much better choice, because he ends up killing himself after a few years.

Just one more question, is the mod supposed to work like you didn't complete the final quest yet? Since when I finished the quest on my main character with the mod installed (It is for Mr.House),
he said the same thing he did before the battle of hoover dam and I can repeat the final quest, is it supposed to do this?
