No Gods, No Master glitch?

I'm currently stuck at the part of no gods no master when you enter the Legates camp and have to fight off like 20 dudes. I have 5 securitrons sitting on the outside of the gate like they're waiting to fight, but when I enter the gate I'm by myself... I've tried fighting them off alone and it seems impossible. what's the point of activatiting the securitron army if they only help me fight the legion until I get to their base??? is this suppose to be happening?

Yeah, it's really like that so you can have a one-on-one with Legate Lanius.

Except you can bring 2 companions. And the one securitron that follows you. And that one Enclave guy.
So no, it’s more like that so it isn’t too easy.

i think the securitron that was following me died earlier on in the mission. i tried going back to revive him but there is a giant wall that wasnt there before -_- im just gonna have to restart the mission i guess
