Shader mods for NV?

I played the game through vanilla last year, and i rebought it recently and was wondering if anyone could recomend a realistic shading mod...

The closest to that are probably ENB's, which include shaders. There are plenty, so I guess you just need to finde the one that suits your taste the best.
