MCM "The Mod Configuration Menu has detected multiple entries for MCM" error

Everytime I press ESC I get this ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ https://i.redd.it/iihugb6i2b2y.png i tried everything and it wont go away, any suggestions?

I'm guessing you're using Unified HUD Project. If that is right, discard that outdated solution and switch to UIO instead. Might be best to nuke your menus folder and install your UI mods from scratch afterwards.
