Higgs Village - obnoxious ctd

I've never brought this up, usually because it fixes itself, but I was wondering if anyone had the same problem as me:
- Vanilla Game
- No Texture-Mods, No Plugins, No Master Files, Absolutely nothing else added, except for dlc.

Every time I load into Higgs Village for the first time, the game suddenly decides to crash and when I DO get in it crashes upon exiting.
This only happens once or twice, then it never happens again unless I reinstall the game; I can't explain it, I have no idea why, and It hasn't bothered me as much until now.

Has anyone else had this happen?

iirc there is an unofficial patch that fixed a few bugs like the village crash. There is also a crash fix mod. I used to get this too but it has been so long since I last played without mods (I play with about 85 mods :p) sadly I can't be sure how it was fixed.
