A t6m body/equipment replacer issue?

So I'm using mentioned mods and like em very much but I'm very annoyed at the fact that some random npc's (caravaners, thugs/raiders) are wearing a Robco Jumpsuit (or is it a NCR engineer jumpsuit).. Has anybody ever experienced something like that? I'm also having access to some FO3 armors (if that would help anyone figure out the root of the problem).. Slighty annoying indeed. Thanks in advance!

[Intelligence 10] I require a link of this mod, maybe try look in the mod mentioned if it has a readme.txt or a known bugs on the mod page? another solution probably is to possibly talk to the modder(s) about the issue
