Morales Body?
So where am i supposed to bring it. IS it the little place by the grub and gulp, Camp golf, or what? Nothing seems to trigger any dilologue from anyone,

Just follow the road that goes north from where you find the body, and sometime after the road curves to the northwest, you should find a barricade in the road manned by NCR troopers. If you're carrying Ranger Morales' body with you when you find them (you actually have to be dragging it with you), they'll start a dialogue with you.

Just below the Repconn headquarters you'll see a couple of NCR soldiers behind a sandbag barricade. Just talk to them.
