How many times can i use the NCR radio that was given to me by the ranger?

You can use it once, but another is given to you if you use it, so long as you’re still in good standing with the NCR.

After a few in-game days yes.

wiki says that you can only get oen and no more. is wiki wrong then?

I have heard you can use it multiple times, just have to wait a day between uses. Never used it though.

Yes, you can use it once a day to either get a supply drop, disposable ncr ranger companion, or disposable ncr soldier companion, more info is on the wiki, but i only really use it for the supply drops, and maybe once or twice to see if I could get one with a ranger sequoia to come, which they probably don't from what i've seen
