Where can I buy NCR gear?

I heard when talking to Colonel Moore that I can get some NCR gear but it will cost me caps. Is there an NCR shop and where is it?

You can buy weapons, armor and ammo from the Hoover Dam quarter master. I think he is below Col. Moore's office.

You can't buy NCR faction armor though. If you want their faction armor without killing any NCR then get "accepted" reputation from the NCR and talk to Col. Hsu. He will give you a key to a safehouse with NCR armor.

You can also get the armor off dead NCR npc's that have been killed by other npcs.

Free gears in nipton. A bunch of troopers died in a house right side of the town hall, near small garden.

In Mccarran airport you have to go into a different building to find the guy that sells stuff there. Look for him.
