How to heal yourself when overencumbered by radiation?

Im at Black mountain and I'm slowly walking to Goodsprings because I'm overencumbered with radiation and have no Radaway.

Drop items, starting from the heaviest and run instead of walk.

Alternatively, bring Radaway/Radx/Fiery Purgative next time

If you are on good terms with the Brotherhood of Steel, they have a doctor in Hidden Valley. That is near Black Mountain.

2.Come back again when you have some rad x or rad away or rad suit.

That was my whole reason of going to black mountain.

I went to Hidden Valley but nobody showed, I looked it up it said I needed password from a dead Paladin, but he didn't have a password and I got radiated.

Correct and you can loot the power armor off them since there are two of them dead.
