Issue with a quest (Restoring Hope)

I'm doing the quest 'Restoring Hope' and chose to go to Helios One to ask about supplies first. The issue is, I armed the defense systems much earlier in the game which killed everyone there. I can't go back to it because I did this way earlier in the game, but I'm not sure if there's anything else I can do to complete this quest. The wiki doesn't seem to suggest anything and doesn't have notes about a bug like this. Can anybody help?

If Lt. Haggerty is dead you can still find the supply crate by yourself.
It's about halfway between Helios One and Camp Forlorn Hope.

Thanks for the help. I found the supply and finished the quest succesfully.

i didnt even arm the system but they were shooting at them when i got there LOL
