The Ratslayer is missing...

Before I explain further, these are the current mods I have installed:

4GB
Script Extender
Stutter Remover
Weapon Retexture and GRA fix
J.Sawyer survival

Ok, so the title is pretty self-explanatory. First time visiting the Broc Flower Cave (in current playthrough) and it's not there where it should be leaning against a desk. I did not use any explosives to clear out the rats to get there so it shouldn't have been affected by that. I've checked the area extensively but I can't find it.

I checked the wiki to see if it's a known bug but no mention...
I googled the issue but no mention...

I even went to the bottow section of the cave (Yes, I literally killed every rat down there) to check if by some unlikely miracle it had ended up down there but can't find it.

Any ideas?

It probably glitched through the floor or into some other object. It's just something that the engine doesn't handle very well.

Simplest solution is to give yourself a new copy. This will add one at 66% condition, like the original.

Player.AddItemHealthPercent E5B17 1 0.66

Usually I never use console commands unless situations like these occur. Thanks.

If the above feels too cheaty and you'd prefer to find the original, try this instead...

You need to be in the Broc Flower Cave for this to work, assuming it hasn't been deleted or moved to a different cell by your mods.

Bring up the console mid-jump as it will be placed at your feet, and could fall through the floor.

(this may only give you a rough idea if it has fallen through the floor or is otherwise inaccessible)

It didn't feel cheaty since I had cleared out the cave fair and sqaure so by all accounts I should have found it there but with the console command the result was the same. Thanks the input though!
